Founded in 2011, Nosh Gardens are very much at the heart of our business. Created by Chef Rick Carson, the Garden is a culinary-driven farm. This means that we strive for the best quality from our herbs, vegetables, and florals by using only all-natural and organic methods with harvesting at peak times.
With the support of Hudson residents Ken and Joyce Kuryla of KGK Gardening & Landscape Co., we have been farming successfully on their land for nearly ten years. The Garden provides our culinary team with fresh herbs, vegetables, mushrooms, hops, and flowers, seen on every plate we present to our guests.
